Today is our 16th anniversary of moving to CR! 🇨🇷 So much has changed! No more kids at home 😢, we just recently moved to a new area that’s cold and rainy (🤣 it’s regularly been 60ish degrees inside every night, not your typical tropical temps!), but we are enjoying the almost daily rainbows, and most exciting is a new ministry with a great group of people! ❤️
Thankful for what the last years have taught us, friendships made, and vision going forward! ... See MoreSee Less

Looking forward to seeing updates on your new ministry 🙏💙
Fine couple.
Praying for you all.
Last weekend we were able to help with a children’s day at a church in Sixaola. Kinda like a one day VBS and then church on Sunday. We really enjoyed getting to know the team better and share in ministry together! Excited about for new opportunities and even more ways to serve people in Costa Rica. ... See MoreSee Less

Hope in the Resurrection – Easter Sunday in Costa Rica
God blessed us in a special way this Resurrection Sunday here in Costa Rica. Pastor Gustavo preached a powerful message, and we’re grateful for how the Lord is working in our church family.
Would you also take a moment to pray for my family? My dad continues to face health challenges, and we recently learned that my mom has been diagnosed with cancer. As we trust God for healing and direction, the hope of the resurrection means more than ever.
Thank you for your love, encouragement, and prayers—for both the ministry in Costa Rica and our family back in the States. 🙏 ... See MoreSee Less

A Special Step Forward for Our Church
This month we had the joy of celebrating a deeply meaningful moment in the life of Comunidad Gracia. After years of preparation and two years of pastoral internship, our dear brother Gustavo was officially ordained as pastor.
The service was made even more special by the presence of our sending Pastor Bob and his wife Kim Stephenson from Graceway Baptist Church (Springfield, MO), who traveled all the way to Costa Rica to join us for this celebration. Their visit was a beautiful reminder of the power of gospel partnerships and the shared joy of watching a church grow into maturity.
We are so thankful for everyone who has prayed, supported, and walked with us in this journey. We praise God for His faithfulness and for continuing to raise up leaders for His Church! ... See MoreSee Less

Amen!!! Praise God!! ❤️❤️

Still praying for provision 🙏
We’re still working to replace our ministry vehicle, which has served us well over the years but is no longer reliable for the kind of travel we need to do.
If you’re willing to pray with us or consider giving toward this need, we’d be incredibly grateful.
Every bit helps as we seek to stay mobile and faithful in the ministry God has called us to.

While we're enjoying nice weather, a little rainier than normal for dry season, some of our kids have been weathering the cold in Missouri. We are so thankful for family and church close by to be there for them. ... See MoreSee Less
